After the latest update I lost everything it doesnt even recognize my old store and account!!!

Whenever I try to open it, it comes up with a notification "CONNECT TO INTERNET TO PLAY" and every time I have been connected to the Internet.

Great game! Wish they would have more ways to be awarded gems. Once you are at a certain level, you dont get to do challenges that award them. Im at level 99, and it seems as though I will never get to 100. Some items to decorate your boutique or to dress your avatar are too expensive(gems)! Would be nice to get items for less gems or to use the $ that your boutique has made.

I love that game but 1-I wish it did not cost so much to expand so little. 2-The items to put into the store are all too high and the ones you really want requires diamonds. 3- A daily amount of diamonds to collect would be great. 4- Clothes that take less time to receive and worth a higher value then what is already in place for clothes that take 2 to 4 hours to make. 5- This is HUGE unlimited space to order in catalog for free 6- A storage room for extra like how you do with extra tables and etc but for clothes. 7-More variety and a upgrade on the people that work in the store and shop. 8- Any men clothes? If some of the above changes occurred then I would play it daily.

Yall should make getting gems way easier for thoughts who cant buy gems.. Make a daily log in and give 10 gems each day :/

I have been playing for over a year and was at level 80+ Almost ready to grow the store at 550,000. I opened after the update and my profile is gone. My correct Storm ID is no longer showing. It just says to enter new id. Where is it guys Level 2 is not where I want to be. Please assist

I love, love this game

Its a great app but I dont like how you earn gems rarely and then when you do you misclick an item and you end up buying it and you cant undo it so you wasted your gems on nothing ... thats the only down side other then that its great !

I updated n it sent me back to the beginning. About ready to uninstall FOR GOOD if I dont have my account back
